Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and our service provider (“we”, “us”, “our”), governing your access to and use of our Flexpix (“App”), including all core features such as image & video stylization, image-to-video generation, AI dance creation, AI face swap, and AI background replacement services (collectively the “Service”).
By downloading, accessing, or using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you shall immediately stop using the Service.
1. Service Description
We provide intelligent AI creative tools for users to edit and generate images and videos. The Service allows users to upload local images and videos for real-time AI rendering, style conversion, video synthesis, face replacement, background adjustment, and other creative processing functions.
We reserve the right to update, optimize, adjust or suspend part or all of the Service functions at any time without prior notice, for the purpose of service iteration, security maintenance, or function upgrade.
2. Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age or the age of majority in your applicable jurisdiction to use this Service. If you are under the applicable legal age, you shall use the App only under the supervision of your legal guardian, who shall bear all corresponding legal responsibilities.
You agree to use the Service only for personal, non-commercial or authorized commercial purposes, and comply with all applicable international network norms and local applicable laws.
3. User Conduct & Prohibited Behaviors
You agree that you will not use our Service to engage in any illegal, infringing, inappropriate or harmful behaviors, including but not limited to:
- Generating, uploading or disseminating violent, pornographic, abusive, discriminatory, illegal, infringing or misleading content;
- Using the Service for commercial fraud, illegal marketing, privacy infringement, or any illegal business activities;
- Unauthorized tampering, cracking, reverse engineering, decompiling or modifying the App program and algorithm system;
- Maliciously attacking, interfering or destroying the normal operation of our Service and server system;
- Using other people’s portrait, face information, copyrighted pictures and videos without authorization to carry out AI generation and editing, resulting in third-party rights infringement;
- Other behaviors that violate public order, good customs and applicable legal regulations.
We have the right to immediately restrict or terminate your use of the Service if you violate the above provisions, and you shall independently bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom.
4. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
User Generated Content: All AI-generated images and videos produced by you through the Service belong to you. We do not occupy, reuse, sell or authorize any third party to use your generated content. All generated files are only saved locally on your personal device.
User Uploaded Content: You shall ensure that all uploaded photos, videos, portraits and other materials are legally owned or legally authorized by you. You shall be solely responsible for all uploaded materials and any infringement disputes caused thereby.
Our Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights of the App, including but not limited to software code, AI algorithms, functional design, interface design, text and logo, are exclusively owned by us. You are only granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service, and no intellectual property rights are transferred to you.
5. Data Rules (Consistent with Privacy Policy)
We strictly do not store any user uploaded files, facial data, operation records and generated content. All data processing is real-time and one-time. All temporary data will be automatically and completely cleared after you complete the operation or close the App. You confirm and agree that the real-time data processing mechanism is safe and effective.
6. Service Disclaimer
Our Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or fully meet all your usage expectations.
We shall not be liable for any losses caused by service suspension, function adjustment, system failure, network fluctuation, or user’s improper operation and unauthorized use.
You shall be solely responsible for all content you upload and generate, and we shall not assume any joint liability for any content infringement, illegal use and other disputes arising from user behaviors.
7. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service permanently or temporarily at our sole discretion, without refund or compensation, if you violate these Terms, cause potential security risks, or bring adverse effects to the Service operation.
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App.
8. Terms Update
We reserve the right to update and revise these Terms from time to time to adapt to service optimization and international industry norms. The updated Terms will be displayed within the App. Your continued use of the Service after the update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
